The Cottages are a family run boutique accommodation business, so we take pride in offering our guests a personal touch. We are here to make your stay a memorable one, whether that be helping to guide you to the many attractions in the area or just leaving you to enjoy the quiet!

Bellbird Cottage – two bedroom cottage; sleeps four in two queen sized beds

Fantail Cottage – one bed studio cottage; sleeps two in one queen sized bed

Tui Cottage – one bed studio cottage; sleeps two in one queen sized bed

Kingfisher Cottage (New) – three bedroom house; with three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (situated across the road from the other cottages)

Feedback

We stayed two nights at Clive Colonial Cottages when visiting the Napier / Hawke’s Bay area of New Zealand. The cottage we stayed in, Fantail Cottage, was immaculate. I would offer that Clive Colonial Cottages are perfect for a stay in the Hawke’s Bay area. Great location, well appointed and with a comfortable bed affording the best night’s sleep since leaving home some two weeks before!
